Glenwood Real Property Discussion [Courtney Griesel] (10 Minutes) MOTION: AUTHORIZE/NOT AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR 0.5 ACRES OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE GLENWOOD RIVERFRONT AREA (MAP 17-03-34-42, TAX LOTS 501 AND 600) FOR A TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE TO SEDA OF NO MORE THAN $688,000.
