ADU PERMIT NARRATIVE
I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Accessory Dwelling Unit to be built as an extension of 520 Ethan
Court residence will abide the Accessory Dwelling Unit Development
and Design Standards described in SDC 5.5-125 and 5.5-130. The
property is situated in the low-density residential area with a lot size
of 7841 SQ FT. The proposed ADU will be approximately 441 SQ FT in
size and built as an extension to the existing house replacing the
existing deck area. The existing structure and proposed ADU to cover
approximately 29.2 % of the lot. There will be a designated off-street
parking space. The trash bins will be tacked away behind the fence so
that they will not be visible from the street. The finishing of ADU will
be matching the existing house in compliance to CC&Rs of BREANNE
COMMONS.
