NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ofthe mutual promises and conditions herein contained, the parties hereto do hereby agree

Inclusions:
Responzible For any or all damage that may occur to adjoining properties, including Fencing, Utilities, and Buildings.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. No work is to be performed on Saturdays.
Saturday to be defined as: Sandoval Friday to Sundown Saturday.
Working day to be defined as: Monday through Friday
Working on Saturdays Will be deemed a material breach of the agreement.
2. Subcontractor is to furnish all information requested in the General condition section of this SuUcontact pdorto
commencing any vmrk on this project. This information must be provided for complete execution of this agreement and
before Payment under this agreement Yip be made.
3 Subcontractor is to Provide Contractor wgh copies d all Insurance policies, whdch are applicable to thejoIn beirg

4. Subcontractor will provide a letter stating that they have in allied a safety program as required by OSHA.
5. WORK RESTRICTIONS'. No Alcohol, illegal drugs or personnel under their influence shall be allowed on the project site.
