Running thence 146.6 feet north along East line of said Block I, thence Westerly 279.3
feet parallel to north line of said Block I, thence South 143.6 feet parallel to East line
of said Block I, thence East 279.3 feet along South line of said Block I to point of
beginning, all in Lane County, Oregon.
The true consideration of this conveyance is other than monetary.

Pursuant to the Contract of Sale, LAURA ROMINE andRONALD AUXIER, Sellers,
sold to NINTH ST. PROPERTIES, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, Purchaser, real
property commonly known 431 35th Street, Springfield, OR 97478, having the following legal
description, herein referred to as "the Property":
Beginning at the Southeast comer of Block 1 of Packer Subdivision
as platted and recorded at page 25 of Vol. 11 Lane County Plat
Records in Lane County, Oregon: Running thence 146.6 feet north
along East line of said Block I, thence Westerly 279.3 feet parallel to
north line of said Block I, thence South 143.6 feet parallel to East line
of said Block I, thence East 279.3 feet along South line of said Block
I to point of beginning, all in Lane County, Oregon.
The true and actual consideration for this conveyance stated in dollars is the sum of
