Development Issues Meeting Questions
1. What are the typical turnaround times for review on the following applications:
a. Site Plan Review Application (Type II)
b. Building Permit Application (Can we submit Building Plans concurrently?)
c. Fee schedules associated with all applications?
2. Are there any other application forms for this project that we should be aware of?
3. Are there any advisory groups, design review boards, design standards, advisory
committees to staff?
4. Our traffic engineer reached out to the Michael Liebler with the City of Springfield
and ODOT. both confirmed that a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) is not required. We
will submit with our application and a memo stating the same. Given this, what
kind of improvements will the City require?
