Narrative accompanying Jennifer Young ADU plan submittal

We are submitting this site plan, floor plan, elevation and section sheets for a Type II Alternative
standards ADU approval.
Jennifer Young is the owner of the described property at 202 North 201h St. Currently she has rental
tenants in the existing home. Jennifer plans to use the proposed ADU as her residence sometime in
the future.
We believe the simple modern design will be cost efficient to build, thus the reason for applying under
the alternative standards. We believe the ADU meets the criteria set forth in SDC 5.5-125 and 5.5-
130.
