Jennifer Young is the owner of the described property at 202 North 201h St. Currently she has rental tenants in the existing home. Jennifer plans to use the proposed ADU as her residence sometime in the future. We believe the simple modern design will be cost efficient to build, thus the reason for applying under the alternative standards.
