THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER TO PARTITIONTHAT CERTAIN
TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "C" OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF PROPERTY LINE
ADJUSTMENT (SEE REFERENCE 2) WHICH WAS APPROVED PER CITY OF SPRINGFIELD CASE No:
811--19000281. SAID PARTITION WAS GRANTED APPROVAL PER CITY OF SPRINGFIELD CASE
NO. 811-20-000112—TYP2. THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES INVOLVED IN THESE LAND USE CASES
ARE BORDERED BY ANDERSON LANE TO THE WEST, DOTIE DRIVE TO THE NORTH AND HOLLY
SPRINGS (REF. 1) TO THE EAST AND SOUTH. MONUMENTS RECOVERED PER SAID HOLLY
SPRINGS WERE ACCEPTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS WAS ESTABLISHED BETWEEN FOUND
