A copy of the fee schedule is available at the Development & Public Works Department. The applicable application, technology, and postage fees are collected at the time of complete application submittal. Development Issues Meeting Application Form Five (5) Questions - list specific questions the applicant would like staff to answer VVV during the meeting. So that each question may be fully evaluated, the list is limited to five questions. Four (4) Copies of the Proposed Plan - suggested information valuable for staff to review the proposal is listed below. It is not necessary to include all of these items on the site or plot plan. However,' a pplica nits are encouraged to address as many as possible given that the level of information that will be derived from the meeting is commensurate with the level of detail provided in the application. The following are the conditions that we both would agree to. 1. Mohit Singla and Sunny Sandhar agree to identify the fueling facility to meet the Shell brand standards for the Shell RVle Image including at least 3 EMV compliant dispensers. 2. Ed Staub and Sons Petroleum agrees to provide a one-time cash incentive in the amount of $600,000, payable $200,000.00 once the project begins and $200,000.00 when the canopy and dispensers are constructed and installed and $200,000.00 upon completion and the site is open for business. 3. Buyer must agree to the following terms and conditions as a Ed Staub and Sons Petroleum Shell Retail Partner: A. Purchase all gasoline and diesel products for resale exclusively from Ed Staub and Sons Petroleum for a period of 14 years. B. Make available to the motoring public Shell gasoline products a minimum of 16 hours per day, unmanned fuel sales are acceptable if ever approved in the state of Oregon. C. Agree to execute the Ed Staub and Sons Petroleum Retailer Product Sales Agreement (Supply Agreement), which will be for a period of 14 years. D. Agree to execute the Ed Staub and Son's Petroleum Brand Incentive Agreement (Amortization Schedule for all work performed and other incentives) E. Agree to execute an Ed Staub and Sons Petroleum. (E. F.T.) Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization Form. F. Agree to allow Ed Staub and Sons Petroleum to secure their investment on the imaging costs and other improvements. G. Allow Ed Staub and Sons to rapture daily fuel inventories to Ed Staub and Son's office via an industry accepted electronic device. H. Must be operating (PCI) Payment Card Industry approved and EMV (Europay MastercardNisa) (EPOS) Electronic Point of Sale System for the length of the agreement.
