We purchased the property from the previous owner, who was the tentative subdivision applicant, on June 19, 2019. The reasons for submitting this request are because of the following: 1. Safety and financial impacts of Covid19. 2. Impact of the upcoming revision to the Springfield Development Code (SDC). These revisions are important to the planning process, and the design and implementation of the public improvements that include items such as fire lanes, utility locations, driveway curb cuts, act.
