Description of Proposal:
This proposal is for development of the property located at 177 S 14^ Street.
Proposed development includes partial remodel (1,980 SF) of an existing 5,900 SF building and
construction of a new one story, 2,730 SF new building. The remodel and new building are proposed to
house a commercial bakery and commissary for a local restaurant chain (Toxic Wings).
Site improvements include additional parking spaces, and associated planters and storm treatment areas.
Also indicated is possible future development.
