DISCUSSION/
FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
Jasper Meadows Phase 9 consists of building all the required infrastructure for a
new single family home subdivision. The Public Improvement Project (PIP)
construction consists of the following items:
• Construction of new sewer mains that connect under Bob Straub Parkway to
the west side of previous phases of Jasper Meadows.
• Construction of new stormdrains and treatment ponds including a
conveyance channel through the site from the east.
• Extensions of Pebble Court and Mineral Way streets and a new segment of
South 59th Place with full improvements of curb, gutter, sidewalks, street
lights and signs.
• Construction of a new emergency access along the future extension of Quartz
Ave to Bob Straub
All construction work was paid for by the Developer and constructed by Eugene
Sand and Gravel.
All work done under this permit project has been completed and inspected by the
City Engineer or his designee and found to be satisfactory. There is no final
construction cost for this project, as it was privately engineered, built and financed.
There is no financial impact to the City other than the typical future maintenance
responsibilities for public infrastructure.
