Members of the public wishing to attend these meetings electronically can call in or attend virtually by following the directions below. This information can also be found on the City’s website . Members of the public are encouraged to attend virtually, but if you are unable and wish to attend in person the doors at the South Entrance of City Hall will be open at 5:20 p.m. to allow people to attend the meetings in the Council Chambers. Social distancing practices will be required. The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours’ notice prior to the meeting. For meetings in the Council Meeting Room, a “Personal PA Receiver” for the hearing impaired is available, as well as an Induction Loop for the benefit of hearing aid users. To arrange for these services, call 541.726.3700. Meetings will end prior to 10:00 p.m. unless extended by a vote of the Council. All proceedings before the City Council are recorded.
