TIMELINE EXTENSION
CASE NUMBER 811-20-000150-TYP2 (ARROWHEAD MEADOWS SPR)
Branch Engineering Inc. Project No. 19-453
The Staff Report and Decision issued on December 11, 2020 for the Arrowhead Meadows
project located on Tax Map 17-02-34-34, Tax Lot 700 (formerly addressed as 6185 Main
Street) requires a Final Site Plan submittal by February 5, 2021. The applicant would like
to request a 6 month extension to August 5, 2021 for two main reasons:
1. Some of the options for addressing Condition of Approval 16 will take significant
time to prepare.
2. The project is currently for sale with several interested parties. The current
developer would like to allow the buyer an opportunity to have control of the
Final Site Plan in order to make some level of customization to the project,
especially in the selection of how to address Condition of Approval 16.
