Narrative —928 V ADU
Project proposal includes a small addition to the primary dwelling and a vertical extension to provide a
670 sq. ft. Accessory Dwelling above the primary dwelling. The ADU will have an external entrance via a
"5 foot wide staircase. The ADU will match the primary dwelling when completed as it will all be
contained within the same structure. Separate utilities will be provided and I've begun working with the
Springfield Utility Board for meter locations.
