Fees and Charges

In reviewing rny noLes, I would like to confirm the items we discussed during
our tour of the S.U.B. Water Department Service Center on April 23, 7984.
Conference Room - Size to be determined by a formula of seven (7)
square feet per occupant. Fixed seating will not be required.
Exit RequiremenLs - Concern was mentioned regarding egress through
the truck parking facility due to:
Control of storage
Distance to man door
Exit via warehouse south door was discussed and eliminated for
egress as overhead doors do not qualify.
Exit was proposed through Conference Room. Exteri-or door to be
labeled as ttexittt, door to open in direction of egress, corri-dor
to be indicated with exit light.
ExisLing entry door to be used for egress.
Haldrail to be adde<i one slrie oniy at ramp. Ramp slope to be
acceptable.
Hall width of 42" to be acceptable as existing condition. Proposedtthalltt to be 44tt wide.
