Structural Specialty Code) between this
structure and the storage/recreation structure
to the west.
2. Each "classroom" shall be provided with 2
exits conforming to the exiting requirements of
Chapter 10 of the OSSC.
3. A fire extinguisher rated a minimum of
2A-10B:C shall be mounted in the building, on
the wall with the handle section no higher than
5' and no lower than 3'.
4. The main exit door of the building shall
swing "out" in the direction of egress.

that this will not be used as a daycare
therefore the occupancy class will be E2

The move is schiduled to begin at 6:00 a.m. and is scheduled to be completed by 9:00 a'm. on that same
date. This structure is an approximate 1568 square foot modular and will be moved in one section. This

Note: Primary use is listed as "Classroom" on
the plan set but described as "Daycare" on
Planning Commission approval- The submittal
will be reviewed as a Daycare unless I am
otherwise advised.

1. Provide occupancy separation in
accordance with the Building Code (Oregon
Structural Specialty Code) between this
structure and the storage/recreation structure
to the west.
2. Each "classroom" shall be provided with 2
exits conforming to the exiting requirements of
Chapter 10 of the OSSC.
3. A fire extinguisher rated a minimum of
2A-1OB:C shallbe mounted in the building, on
the wall with the handle section no higher than
5' and no lower than 3'.
4. The main exit door of the building shall
swing "out" in the direction of egress.

the State of Oregon pertaining to the work described herein, and that NO OCCUPANCY will be made
of any structure without permission of the Community Services Division, Building Safety. I further
certify that only contractors and employees who are in compliance with ORS 70'1.055 will be used on
this project.
I further agree to ensure that all required inspections are requested at the proper time, that each
address is readable from the street, that the permit card is located at the front of the property, and the
approved set of plans will remain on the site at alltimes during construction.
