To Whom It May Conoem:
This letter is to request confirmation that there are no outstanding violations
with respect to the above -referenced property, that the property is zoned in a planner
that will allow use of the property as a blood plasma donation center as a use by right
and that no approval or permit is required to use the property for such use. Please
advise how the City of Springfield classifies use as a blood plasma donation center
and the required parking ratio for such use. Please provide the verification letter to the
undersigned via e-mail to mzedickGstaffordowens.com and by regular mail. Please
be advised that the $360.15 fee for this request will be paid upon contact from the
City.
Thank you for your cooperation in regard to this matter. If you have any
further comments regarding this property that would be applicable to my client's use
of such property as a blood plasma donation center, please advise in writing.
