above referenced address.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
A'lthough the existing electrical system may have met the standards of the Code that was
in effect at the t'ime of its installation, dlterations, and/or improper ma'intenance
require corrections to be made in accordance with both the Uniform Housing Code as ad-
opted by the City of Springfield and the current 0regon State Electrical Specialty
Code (E.S.S.C.).
l. The wiring that has been installed in addition to the existing electrical system
has been installed in violation of an approved wiring method. Remove or rewire
these alterations is accordance with all applicable code standards. U.H.C. 70'l(b)
and E.S.S.C. .l10-B
Extension sleves shall be installed in all switch, receptacle and light fixture
outlets that are not flush with the finished surface of combust'ible walls. E.S.S.C
370-10 and 12.

SANITATION
Although the existing plumbing may have met the standards of the Code that was in ex-
istance at the time of its installation, alterations and/or improper maintenance re-
quire corrections to be made in accordance with both the Uniform Housing Code as ad-
opted by the City of Springfield and the current Oregon State Plumbing Specialty Code
(P.s.c.).
l. A 3/4 inch fullway valve shall be installed on the discharge side of the water
meter. P.S.C. 1005(b)
2. The roof drain downspouts shall be connected with an approved drainage pipe and
channeled in such a way that allows the run-off water to be discharged into thestreet. P.S.C. l40l (a)
