IN LANE COUNTY OREGON DEED RECORDS INTO THIRTY-SIX LOTS AND ONE UNBUILDABLE TRACT
AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD MAY 17, 2019 UNDER PLANNING CASE NUMBER
811-19-000075-TYP2. THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LAND SURVEYED HEREON WERE REESTABLISHED AS
FOLLOWS:
THE BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT WERE, FOR THE MOST PART, SURVEYED BY DANIEL NELSON IN
HIS SURVEY THAT WAS FILED JANUARY 3, 2017 AS COUNTY SURVEY FILE NUMBER 43854. THE
MONUMENTS THAT ARE SHOWN ON SAID SURVEY THAT ARE GERMANE TO AND COMMON WITH
