Dear Greg:
It is our proposal to replace an existing wood frame shed
on our property with a metal clad building similar to the
one we will build to the south of the main building. The
existing building is about lzt x 30' x B' . The replacement
would be 16' X 32' x B' .
The motivation for this comes from the poor condition of the
existing structure and an attractive package deal from the
building contractor. The intent is to work consecutively
on the two buildings.
If possibler w€ would like to change the orientation of the
building and perhaps offset it 20'-30' toward the drivewayi
however, we can build on the existing site.
