Dear Mr. Stutzman:
This letter is to serve as your notice that your property located on Lanc County Reference Number
11033623, Tax Lot 07100 was assigncd an incorrect address at the tirne of your construction plan
submittal. The address assigned at that time was l4l7 and 1419 D Street, Springtield, Oregon. Recently
you notified me that your new building's trddress was out of numerical sequence, and taking access from
I 4'r' Street rather than D Street. Propcrties are addressed by the access to the property, so in your case, the
address should have been assigned from l4'r' Street. The new addresses assigned for the duplex rvhich is
norv under construction is 453 and 455 l4th Street, Springlicld, Oregon.
I will notify the following companies and/or agencies o1'this nelv address by sending thern a cop-v of this
letter:
