Lane County Assessment and Taxation records indicate that you are the owner of th'is property. Section 203 of the Administrative Code describes buildings whichare substandard or unsafe as those which are structurally inadequate, have inadequate egress, 0F wh ich constitute apotential fire hazard or are otherwise dangerous to human life. Section 20? of the Springfie'ld Housing Code requires that structures classified as substandard must e'ither be repaired or demol'ished. THEREFORE, THIS IS YOUR N0TICE THAT YOU MUST SECURE PER}4ITS TO EiTHER REBUILD/REPAIR THE STRUCTURE WHERE IT IS DEFICIENT OR DEIIOLISH IT. Section 104 of the Springfield Bu'ilding Codes Administrative Code requires that the repairs must comply with the provisions of the Structural , Plumbing, Mechan'ical and Electrical Specialty Codes.If the building is to be rebuilt/repaired, permits must be purchased and work must commence with'in 30 days from the date of service of th'is Not'ice and 0rder. If the building is to be demolished, demolitjon work must commence withjn 30 days, and must be completed within 60 days from the date of this Not'ice and Order. Completion means that the structure and property must be 'inspected and approved by the appropriate representatives of the Build'ing Safety Divis'ion.
