I recently purchased a lot located on 67`" Street, Map 18-02-03-11; TL 08000, which has substantial slopes and I am trying to determine how many lots/parcels can be created. A surveyor has been on site and has prepared a slope category map for your review. Please answer the following questions and please point out anything else that I and Jed Truett have not thought of. 1. 1. Can I build 3lots here? 2. 2. What should I do for storm drainage? Onsite retaining wall or other? 3. 3. Are there any requirements for how the homes are positioned -towards the street or other? 4. Would a 20% variance to lot/parcel width and frontage requirements be allowed to allow for additional parcels to be created? I'm assuming we are within the Hillside Overlay zone so the question is whether those standards can also be reduced by up to 20% through the variance process? S. Anything else? Thank you for your thoughtful time and consideration. Cindy Koza
