DISCUSSION I 2 Assessorrs Map I7-03-35-41 Tax Lot 00501 is zoned Low Density Residential. this property to the existingThere appears .to be no conflicts to add mobile home park. A 20t perimeter landscape strip is required along the north and east property Iines. The perimeter landscape strip needs to include trees and shrubs which would provide a screen. Fencing is permitted within the 20 foot landscape strip. The existing driveway which exj-sts on 12th Street needs to be removedfor a minimum distance of 5 feet from the 12th Street property line. Theexisting curb cut on 12th Street will need to be removed and replacedwith curb, gutter and sidewalk. The plan you submit for the formal application needs to sholr a portionof the park and how this property will fit into the existing park.
