Applicant hereby agrees to install the requested drivevay to City of Springfield
standards. The apilicant further agrees io have 6tr of concrete in the sidevalk
area adJacent to iire ptoposed drivevay and further agrees !o pave the area
behind ihe Uack edge of ihe sidevalk, or driveu,ay apron, adjacent to the
ldrivevay vith a miiinum depth of 3" of asphaltic concrete or vith a minimum
depth of Ou of portland cement concrete. -The area behind the sidevalk shall be
pave<t to the property line or for a distance of 4 feet vhieh ever is greater'

authorlty of elose the diiveray accels by the removal of the curb cut. AII
