Please see attached application and site plans in pdf. Our five questions are:
1) Can you confirm it is MDS major approval that is required?
2) Please confirm any requirements for utilities, including potential connection to water,
sewer and power, and for the existing storm water swale in the SW corner of the
property.
3) Are there any requirements regarding traffic/parking the city may have?
4) Is there anything from the Marcola Meadows development that we may not be aware
of that may impact the design or construction of the park?
5) Is there anything from the development code that the site plan is clearly not in
accordance with from first viewing?
