REQUIRED INSPECTIONS
It is the responsibility of the permit holder to see that all inspections are
made aL the proper Eime. To request an inspection, ca}l- 726-3769
(recorder), state your city designated job number, job address, type of
inspection requested and when you will be ready for inspection. Requests
received before 7:00 a.m. will be made the same working day, requests made after
7:00 a.m will be made the following work day.
Special Inspections: In accordance with Section 305 of the State Specialty Code
a special inspector sha1l be employed by the Owner/Contractor during
construcEion of any following ,,*rr work. A copy of the special testing reports
shal1 be furnished to Building Safety.
In addit,ion to the inspections specified, the Building Official may make or
require other i-nspecti-ons of any constructi-on work to ensure compliance with
Ehe Building, City or Development Code.
FOOTING - After trenches are excavated.
FRiAITIING - Prior to cover.
BOLTS INSTALLED IN CONCRETE - To be done by State Certi-fied Special
Inspector. Provide inspection/test reports to City Building Inspector
FINAL FIRE - When all Fire Department requirements have been met.
