(3) LATH and/or WALLBOARD [Sheetrock] INSPECTTON: To be made atter all lathing and/or wallboard, interior and exterior, is in place; but before any plaster is applied or the wallboard joints and fasteners are taped and finished. (4) FINAL INSPECTION: To be made after the building is complete AND BEFORE OCCUPANCY. MOBILE HOME INSPECTIONS: A plumbing inspection is required after the mobile home is connected to an approved sewer or septic system to inspect the plumbing connection and setback requirements.
