If you choose to remove the stove, an inspection request shall be made to this office to verify removal. This potential hazard shall be corrected within ten (10) days from the date of this letter. In the event that you have not taken corrective action within the prescribed time limits, this matter will be referred to the City Attorney's office for further action.
