Dear Mr. & Mrs. McFerrin:
I will notiff the following companies and/or agencies of this new address by sending them a copy of this
letter, and of the addressing for Lynn Lee Estates subdivision.:
As a result of a subdivision of tax lot 800 of Lane County Assessor Map 17 -02-32-00, I have noted that the
address of the existing house, currently 460 48d' Street, is not in compliance with the City addressing policy
which places odd numbers on the east side of the street. Also, since we now are assigning addresses to the
eight lots to be known as Lynn Lee Estates, we have discovered that the 460 number is out of sequence and
should be a higher 400 series odd number.
I am sending you a map of the address assignment for the newly platted subdivision, and am writing to
inform you that the new address if the house formerly known as 460 will be 489 48ft Street.

This change will become effective 30 days from the date of this letter (July 1, 1999). Please change your
street address numbers on the house and mailbox by this date.
I also want to inform you that the remodel permit, City of Springfield Job #95 1905, shows no activity since
December 23,1998. The permit is due to expire if no activity has occurred in a period of 180 days. Please
notifu this office of the status of the remodel permit, and if possible request an inspection of any work done
since the last inspection was performed. If no progress has occuned, you may request one extension of 180
days. Such extension request shall be in writing, and should be directed to Lisa Hopper, Building Safety
Supervisor, at this office.
