I am vriting at the request of Albert Rush, ovner/occupant of the residence
Located at 906 North 5th Street, also knovn as Reference Number 17033521, Tax
Lot 07300, Springfield,0regon. Mr. Rush feels the total square footage listed
in liis l-993 tax assessment record is incorrect because 630 square feet of attic
space has been included in the total living area square footage. The attic
space is finished but does not meet State Buj.lding Code requirements to qualify
as habitable space and should not be used as sueh. ft is Mr. Rush's opinion
that since the attic space cannot be vieved as habitable space by this office,it should not be included in the total living area, and taxed as such in his
assessmen t .
