Each duplex is on its own parcel (map and parcel numbers attached). There are 2 existing play areas on the property that are under-utilized. One townhouse unit serves as both the model for leasing and the office/shop space for the on-site staff. The Project: Add a detached accessory structure consisting of approximately 250 sq ft office and 450 sq ft of maintenance shop (total of 700-1,000 sq ft).
