3346 Gateway LLC, Grantee, the following described real property free of liens and encumbrances,
except as specifically set forth herein:

This property is free from liens and encumbrances, EXCEPT:
Covenants, conditions, restrictions and/or easements, if any, affecting title, which may appear in
the public record, Including those shown on any recorded plat or survey.

Beginning at the Southeast comer of Lot 2, Block 2, PUERTA SUBDIVISION, as platted and recorded in
Book 53, Page 2, Lane County Oregon Plat Records, in Springfield, Lane County, Oregon, said point
described as being 914.1 feet South and 416.88 feet East of the Northwest corner of the William Stevens
Donation Land Claim No. 46, in Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian; thence
South 00 04' 25" East along the Westerly right of way line of Gateway Street 250.78 feet to the true point
of beginning of the tract herein described; continue thence South 00 04' 25" East along said right of way
line 331.97 feet to the Southeasterly corner of a certain tract; thence South 890 55' 35" West along the
Southerly line of said certain tract 416.02 feet to a point on the West line of the said Stevens Donation
