BUILOING DIVISION:
REQUIRED lN.SPECTIONS :
I. Foundation Inspecti.on: To be made after trenches are excavated and forms erected and when alL
ftaterials for the toundation are delivered on the job. lghere concrete from a central mj.xing
plant (comonly termed "transit mixed") is to be used, materials need not be on the job.
2. Concrete SLab or Under-aloor Inspection: To be made after alI in-slab or under-floor buildj.ng
sE?iiIre equrpmqt, <mault, prpingrressorfes, and other ancillary equipment it.ems are in
place but before any concrete is poured or floor sheathing install-ed, including the subfLoor.
3. Franing & Insulation Inspections: To be made after the roof, aI1 framing, fire blocking, andbracing are in pl.ace and all pipes, fireplaces, chiinneys, and vents are conplete and alL roughelectrical and plumbing are approved. A11 walt ansulation and vapor barrier are j-n place.
4. Lath and/or Gypsum Board Inspection: Ao be made after all Iathing and qypsum board, interior

SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEUS:

Upon completing the construction for which a permit has been issued, Lhe permit holder shalInotify the Lane County Department of Planning and Comunity Devel-opment by submitting theinstallation record form. fhe Departrent shall inspect the construction to deternine it itcompli.es with the ruLes contained in this division. ff the construction does comply uith suchrules, the Department shaLl issue a certificate of satisfactory complet.i.on to rhe p;rmitj holderIf the construction does not comp.ly vith such xules, the Depar-tment-shaIl notify tire pernitholder and shall require satisfactory completion before issuing the certj.ficat;. Fail,ure tomeet the requirements fo! satisfactory compLetion within a reasonable time constitutes a vio-lation of ORS 454.605 to 454.'745 and this ruIe.
