Existing Conditions
The existing 10' Wide Public Sewer Easement recorded in Reel 276D Reception No. 24512 was created
to allow for a sewer connection for Lot 17-02-32-00 #300 through Lot 17-02-32-23 3#00 when the lots
were owned separately.
The Arc of Lane County owns both lots with the building and parking spanning both lots and therefore a
public sewer easement is no longer required.
Proposed Conditions
The existing private sewer stub within the easement will be utilized for the future Arc Park restrooms
connection.
