Due to Statewide orders regarding social distancing and large gatherings, these meetings will be
available via phone and internet using GoToMeetings. Members of the public wishing to attend these
meetings electronically can call in or attend virtually by following the directions below. This
information can also be found on the City’s website. Members of the public are encouraged to attend
virtually, but if you are unable and wish to attend in person the doors at the South Entrance of City
Hall will be open at 5:20 p.m. to allow people to attend the meetings in the Council Chambers. Social
distancing practices will be required.

RIGHT OF WAY RESTRICTIONS AND REVERSIONARY CLAUSES SPECIFIC TO
MCVAY FRONTAGE PROPERTY.
