More specifically, the subject property is comprised of Tax Lots 300 & 400 of Assessor's Map 17-03-35-14. The subject property was created by deeds recorded in the 1980's (copies of which are included with this submittal) without the benefit of an approved land division, therefore the subject property does not constitute a lawfully established unit of land, or "legal lot The purpose of this application is to remedy that situation and render the subject property a lawfully established unit of land.
