Questions for Hexion DIM Submittal
1. Are there any issues/concerns with the rail expansion placement since it approaches the
river?
2. We will have an erosion control plan during the rail construction. Are there specific
requirements or approvals needed for this from the city9
3. Based on the scope of rail replacement/extension and addition of the platforms, are there
any additional requirements from the city9
4. What is the current anticipated permit turnaround timeframe?
5. Are there any activities we can undertake before obtaining the permit? (in particular
replacing existing rails)
