THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER TO PARTITION THAT CERTAIN
TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN REFERENCE 1. THE PARTITION WAS GRANTED APPROVAL PER
CITY OF SPRINGFIELD CASE NO. 811-20-000005-TYP2. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS IS
DEFINED BY THE EASTERLY LINE OF LAND PARTITION PLAT NO. 97-PO977 (REF 3) AS
ESTABLISHED BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS PER SAID SURVEY. SAID EASTERLY LINE ALSO
DEFINES THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THE SOUTHERLY LINE IS DEFINED
BY THE NORTHERLY MARGIN OF "L" STREET. THE NORTHERLY MARGIN OF "L" STREET WAS
ESTABLISHED TWENTY-FOUR FEET NORTHERLY FROM AND PARALLEL WITH THE CENTERLINE OF
"L" STREET AS ESTABLISHED PER REFERENCES 2 & 3. THE NORTHERLY LINE WAS
ESTABLISHED BY APPLY THE RECORD BEARING PER REFERENCES 2 & 3 EASTERLY TO
