Can you revise the storm scoping sheet to reflect this? I've attached another blank version for you here, let me know if you have any more questions or want to discuss. Thanks, Sam Samuel J. DeBell@koff.com> Subject: RE: Stormwater Mgmt Scope Of Work - Karotko Subdivision - South A Street So no stormwater treatment will be required for the plan as shown, For the grading to make sure we can approve it the breakline where the water starts sheding to the south and not into South A should be between the nose of the center median on the future streets and the back of the 7' LTD easement. The water that will runoff to the south from the driveway apron will not need any treatement and can be fine until further development picks up the apron and finishes out the site grading. I'm attaching the latest site plan from our landscape architect, which shows the extent of our proposed improvements as currently envisioned. I have yet to apply any engineering design to this, but am interested in keeping that scope as minimal as possible. Would there be a good time to reach you in the next few business days to see if we can discuss? Thanks, Sam Samuel J. You can submit the presubmittal for the subdivision process and I can identify if one is required by our code or not from that information. From: Sam DeBell fmailto: Sam. I just joined the office here (got some pointers from Anna Backus and Pete Miller on what is required for this scoping sheet) so let me know if I'm missing anything or if I can provide additional context!
