Status of RNG Facilities Bid Results
A total of six bids were received March 26, 2020
DSL Builders LLC was the apparent low bidder
$6,702,925 (below Engineer’s Estimate - $6,960,011)
Plant staff reviewed apparent low bidder-no issues found
Memos received stating no issues found with bids:
Thorp Purdy (Legal)
Kennedy Jenks (Designer)
Letter of Intent to Award sent to bidders stating award anticipated to DSL Builders - April 1, 2020
No protests received during 7 day protest period.
