Dear Mr. Gillmore:
At your request, the Building Division of the City of SpringfieLd made a
The foLLowing items must be repaired or replaced to conform with the
Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the CiLy of Springfield;
1. All receptacles wired with a two wire system shall have two
prong receptacles. Replace three prong receptacles.
2. The w'iring to the water heater shall be in a metal raceway.
3. The empty space for a breaker in the service panel shall have
an approved blank installed.
4. The w'ire serving the service panel is not adequate and must be
repl aced.
ALL necessary permits shal1 be obtained before work starts and all work
shall be accomplished according to appLicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate of Compliance w'ilL be issued"
