Mobile home minimum finish floor elevation shall be certified when required by a flood- plain management letter. 3. Mobil-e home tiedowns, when required, and skirting shall be installed and ready for inspec- tion withj-n at least 30 days after occupancy. Tiedowns anil skirting shall be installed per enclosure. D.
