LAND USE REQUEST
The applicant is seeking approval of the construction of a nine -unit apartment building with parking
spaces on the subject site.
SITE AND SURROUNDING CHARACTERISTICS
The subject site is currently vacant and zoned General Office. The surrounding properties have the
following zoning:
North: Public and Open Space
East: Medium Density Residential
South: Neighborhood Commercial
West: General Office
An existing sanitary sewer is located in A Street and is adjacent to the southeast comer of the property.
An existing storm drain pipe is located in A Street and is stubbed to the west side of the property.
Telephone, gas, cable and water are also adjacent to the site.
SITE PLAN APPROVAL
The applicant is seeking an approval of a nine unit apartment building. There will be 14 off street
parking spaces.
The site will be landscaped per the attached landscaping plan.
The proposed development is compatible with the surrounding developments
