Dear Resident:
It was recently discovered that the storn water drainage ditch adjacent to
your property at 1380 l{ater Street has been deposited with brush and garden
clippings.
This ditch is part of the City wide stom sewer drainage system and must
be kept free of debris in order for the system to work properly. Ir{any kindsof waste matter, as they decompose, create a potential public health hazard
as wel1.
Please do not deposit garden trirrnings or other debris in this ditch. Your
anticipated cooplration is appreciated.
