Yourapglication shows a 4 foot setback from the rear 1ot 1ine. The plan needs to be revised to meet the 10 foot rearyard setback of 10 feet; or you will need to apply for a Major Variance which would be determined (based oncriteria) by the Planning Commission at a public hearing. A minimum of 4 parking spaces are required for a duplex. A standard parking space is 9'x18'; your application shows three spaces which are 8'x21' and one which is I'x11L. These spaces need to be re-designed to meet the standard parking space dj.mension of 9'x18' .
