Dear Mr. Lynch:
In reviewins the building permit application you submittedfor an addition/remodel at the subject address the following
items were noted which need to be addressed:
1 The rear 1ot line setback standard is 10 feet. Yourapglication shows a 4 foot setback from the rear 1ot 1ine.
The plan needs to be revised to meet the 10 foot rearyard setback of 10 feet; or you will need to apply for
a Major Variance which would be determined (based oncriteria) by the Planning Commission at a public hearing.
A minimum of 4 parking spaces are required for a duplex.
A standard parking space is 9'x18'; your application shows
three spaces which are 8'x21' and one which is I'x11L.
These spaces need to be re-designed to meet the standard
parking space dj.mension of 9'x18' .
If the parking is to be accessed only by means of thea1Iey, Ers shown on the planr Errl improvement agreementfor the a1Iey will be necessary.
Please contact this office as soon as possible regarding
these items so we can complete our review of your application.
Cordially,
c thia L. Harmon
