RE: Street Address Change
This letter is to serve as your notice that your property located on Lane County Reference Number
L7023233, Tax Lot 03800 was assigned an incorrect address at the time of your construction plan
submittal. The address assigned at tlat time was 4142 and,4144 Virginia Avenue, Springfield, Oregon.
Recently, it was brought to our attention that your new building's address was out of numerical sequence,
which could cause a delay in emergency response times. The new addresses assigned for the duplex
which is now under constnrction is 4122 and 4124 Virginia Avenue, Springfleld, Oregon.
I will notiff the following companies and/or agencies of this new address by sending them a copy of this
letter:
This change will take effect immediately. When calling for future inspections, please refer to the new
address. I am enclosing a new placard for your construction jobsite with the new address on it. If you
