office. Before we can schedule this request on a Development Review Committe

Map 17-03-36-24 Tax Lots 00400 and 00502. I have looked on the current and
several outdated Assessor's Maps and none of the maps show a tax lot 00502.
Along with the application form,12 cop'ies of a map or'diagram, drawn to scale,
detailing your proposal need to be subm'itted.
