The property listed on the attached-form is in violation of a furingfieldCity Code and/or Ordinance. Rather than issuing a citation or taking lnnrediate
1ega1 action, it is the City's standard practice to inform citizens of the
violation and request that it be corrected within a reasonable tine.
The attached forni specifies the vi-olation, the corrections necessary 1n order
to conply with the applicable Code/Ot'dinance and the date by which your
corrective action nmst be completed.
In the event that you have not taken corrective action by the a.ssigned tirne
deadline, the matter will be referred to the City Attorney's Office for further
action.

The'1egs'of the triangle shall be 25 feet long mea-
sured from the 'intersection of the property l'ines. No
physical obstruction or screen, other than an existing
sjbn pole or street tree, is perm'itted within th'is tri-
angular area between 2L, and B feet above the establjshed
height of the curb. Please refer to the attached
Diagram 32-B.
