SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEI'AGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
1. Permits shall be effective for one year from the Cate of issuance.
2. Upon completing the construction for which a permit has been issued, the permit holder sha11
notify the Lane County DepartienL of Planning and Comunj.ty Development by subnitting the
installation record form. The DeparlJent shall inspect the construction to determi.ne if j-t
complies uith the rules contained in this Civision. If the construction does comply with such
rulLs, t.he Department shall issue a certifj.cate of satj-sfactory compLetion tc the permiti holder
If the construction does not comply vith such rules, the Department shall notify the permit
holder and shaII require satisfactory completion before issuing the certificate. Failure to
meet the requirements for satisfactory compLetion within a reasonable time constitutes a vio-
